I received my embroidered sports towel this evening via UPS. I often order online and rarely are my expectations met, much less exceeded with the overall transaction. Ordering items, especially personalized goods, is a hit or miss proposition, and all too often the final product leaves a bit to be desired. My entire experience working with you was exemplary. The website was well planned, intuitive, easily navigable, and logical. Ordering was flawless and simple. The quality was absolutely superb. You know what I mean...no loose ends, perfectly finished and spotless....A really class act. Email message for the shipment and delivery notifications. Personal attention and touches all the way around.. I know it was just a sports towel, but the surprise of receiving it quickly and done so perfectly demands that I say thank you for your work, attention and devotion to quality. That is rare, and I know and appreciate it when I see it... and I'm thinking that you know exactly what I mean..or you wouldn't be doing it this way..
